About dedfox

I go by dedfox, but my name is Renae. Im originally from the frozen wasteland of Michigan but Ive been living down in North Carolina for a little over a year now.

I attended the Kendall College of Art and Design with an Illustration focus and I am now out on my own doing the thing all illustrators dread: working a dayjob while trying to freelance.

But it hasnt been so bad. North Carolina actually has a pretty wide art community if you know where to look. Ive been hitting the local con circuits so if youre in the area youve probably seen me at one-- usually over in artist's alley, often accompanied by a cosplayer.

But I take after my grandfather. I can never really stick to one craft or hobby so instead I have like 50. And thats what this blog will be for.
